This shuttle has tried to launch 4 times already. The weather over at the Kennedy Space Center, and in most of Florida for that matter, isn’t doing to well in terms of staying dry and “safe” for NASA to launch. Check out more information at their website. People are actually going up on this launch.
It is pretty intense and I am sure frustrating to have to be placed in that shuttle, knowing you’re one of the few majority to have ever gone into space, wait for hours for the countdown, and at the last minute be cancelled on because of weather. I am sure it will be quite the experience for them though. I have yet to waste gas driving over to Cocoa Beach, but I feel like today is a lucky winner. Perhaps things will turn out well.
I am still on the search for a house. On the other side, I did find a potential roommate. We’ll see how that goes. Less than two weeks away.
The past couple days I’ve traveled in the vicinity of Orlando to take some photography and I figured what better place than to go to Universal Studios. So I did just that. I went in and spent majority of my time at the Hulk roller coaster, snapping shots left and right. It was mildly entertaining to watch and capture. Explored more of the park and left when the rain started coming down.
The day after, I headed up to “downtown” Winter Park and explored the photography potentials there. I didn’t explore too much before the heat convinced me to just go home. It didn’t help that my A/C wasn’t blowing any cold air. I finally got that fixed. Just a simple phone call for help and some money down the drain and I have learned yet another mechanical fix for my vehicle. Perhaps if all else fails, I could become a mechanic.

Casey you have a real mechanic and a good one in the family, your uncle Bradley, you could call him and tell him the problem and maybe, just maybe save you a few $. just trying to help,
